One of two onsite dining options for Ten West tenants. Located in Building #3, the Deli offers breakfast daily beginning at 7:30 AM and lunch untl 2:00 PM. Full grill menu and salad bar available.

City of Westminster operated facility offering resident rates to Ten West Tenants.

- 2,500 square foot weight room with cardiovascular and strength equipment and free weights

3.5 miles of open trails for running, hiking, biking or leisurely walks loop around Westmoor Technology Park. Showers and lockers are available in each Westmoor building.
